Choir
The choir is open to all students interested in developing their singing voices for group performances. This year-long elective teaches vocal health, listening skills, and musical literacy, though the singing of unison and harmony parts.
Band
The Band is open to all students interested in developing their music skills in group performances. This year-long elective teaches music reading skills while learning an instrument of your choice.
Exploring Music
Students will explore music from different backgrounds and genres while also learning about composition and music History.
Musical Theatre
Musical Theater is open to all students interested in developing their stage performing skills. This semester long elective teaches vocal health, listening skills, and musical literacy, as well as classical dance styles through performing songs and scenes from classic and modern musical theater shows. Intermediate and Advanced Musical Theatre is an audition only group. Please message Miss Valley if you are interested.
Orchestra
The Orchestra is open to all students interested in developing their music skills on a strings instrument with in group performances. This year-long elective teaches music reading skills while learning an instrument of your choice.
